In case you have been living under a rock…

“The Dark Knight Rises” is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, which opens next summer. And now we have the first long look at the movie with it’s new trailer.

Leading the all-star cast is Christian Bale (in his 3rd and final role as Bruce Wayne\Batman). The film also stars Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle/Catwoman; Tom Hardy as Bane; Marion Cotillard  as Miranda Tate\Talia Al-Ghul and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Officer John Blake.

Returning to the cast is  Michael Caine who once again plays Alfred; Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon; and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox.

The screenplay is written by Christopher Nolan and Jonathan Nolan, with the story by Christopher Nolan & David S. Goyer. The film is produced by Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Charles Roven, who previously teamed on “Batman Begins” and the record-breaking blockbuster “The Dark Knight.”
