If you saw the end of The Dark Knight Rises, this sort of makes sense.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt appears to be the first choice to play Batman in Warner Bros.’ long-awaited Justice League movie. At the end of TDKR we witnessed Gordon-Levitt’s character, John Blake, assuming the role of Batman by walking into the Bat Cave, after the property was left to him by a retired (and presumed dead) Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale).
Gordon-Levitt’s reps are denying the report that he will become the next Dark Knight.
Batman (whomever it is) will join Superman (Henry Cavill?), Green Lantern (Ryan Reynolds?), Wonder Woman, Aquaman and the Flash on the big screen in 2015. WB sees Marvel‘s The Avengers and raises them the Justice League!
